Being anxious, depressed or constantly having unpleasant thoughts can make living a very difficult task. If you have been nearly depressed or come out of it then you probably know it's not the best of feelings.
Thankfully, there are plenty of tools and resources nowadays to help us cope with such struggles.One such great tool is the ACT Coach App which was initially developed for veterans, to help them deal with unpleasant thoughts, feelings, and impulses.
This app is equally great as an anxiety management tool and also it encourages users ;
to commit to actions so that you can live your life by your values, even in the face of these unpleasant experiences.
The app is also by design meant for Service members, and other people who are in Acceptance and Commitment .
It offers exercises, tools, information, and tracking logs so you can practice what you’re learning in your daily life.
