Parashout seems to be about get going. Different from other social medias, on here others cant see your location. Instead you can pick a location and drop a Shoutout which can be anything that is happening on that location. So basically this is the app to see and contribute what is happening around you. Other features include chatting with friends, discover what happens on anywhere else and create and receive secret shoutouts which can be seen on dropped location! (nice option to surprise your friends)
