It serves as the official app store for the Android operating system, allowing users to browse and download applications, it gives direct link on any available apps of your choice which also allows you update or upgrade to any new version
How can you say you enjoying your phone yet your play store is not activated or not active. For any existing Mobile App of Android phone, or IOS to be recognized it has to be of google official store call play store

So first sing up on Gmail.org to create your personal account
