Here are two books from Dr. Faith, author of Unf*ck Your Brain, that will help you find a better way of coping in the world.
Both books are small, about 128 pages, and they will give you funny, approachable easy to understand insights on how to act better and how to feel better, all backed up by the countless years of experience and expertise gathered by Dr. Faith.

This book's main focus is on changing your behavior. It does not go into much detail on some of the more boring or routine things, but it does have short, to the point chapters, examples of which are;
- Don't be a dick
- Stop comparing your insides to other people's outsides
and much more.
This is Your Brain on Depression:
Where the first book is about behaving better, this one is focused on feeling better. This book will help you understand what depression is, the different kinds of depression, what triggers it and how to start feeling better.
