Switch to Oculus Touch VR Controllers which comes up with a design that wraps around your hand, the Oculus Touch controllers make it very easy to control it. The triggers are located under the middle finger and forefinger while your thumb can move freely across the face buttons. Each controller is introduced with an analog stick.
