Asus presented its new multi-cube mesh Wi-Fi system Lyra Trio for the first time at CES in early 2018. The Lyra Trio is a dual-band, tri-cub mesh wifi system with MIMO 3x3 technology and seamless roaming that delivers AC1750 WiFi speeds everywhere to eliminate dead zones in your home.

This product as well as others with Wi-Fi mesh separate hubs connect to each other wirelessly, are located around your home for the purpose of expanding coverage and eradicating any weak spots in Wi-Fi. This system provides a fast, stable and powerful signal in every corner of your home.

The Lyra Trio is a powerful and intelligent home mesh network system that can cover up to 5400 square feet, a unique triangular antenna design, each unit has a unique factor pyramid, and the compact design allows you to easily deploy them anywhere in your home. It is designed to minimize interference and transmit the WiFi signal vertically and horizontally to improve reception and performance in a multi-story home.

In addition, the home mesh network system also offers AiProtection Classic which includes advanced cloud-based network security parental controls with Trend Micro™ technology, which protects all devices connected to the home network from various Internet threads. Each Lyra Trio unit supports backhaul Ethernet, so you can use network cables to connect multiple computers.

You don't need a PC for configuration, network management or diagnostics because it can be done through the Asus Lyra smartphone application and firmware updates can be done with a single click to ensure your system is always protected from threats.

Apart from that, it has Smart Home which makes it compatible with Amazon Alexa, so you can control it with voice commands.

This new Lyra Trio multi-cube mesh Wi-Fi system is now available and costs $279.79. You can purchase it via Amazon it is only available in the United States, but will soon be extended to other territories.
