WhenWork is mobile appointment scheduling app that assist you in scheduling meetings by letting clients and colleague know when you are free and automatically book time with you online.
There are many online scheduling services but what make WhenWorks exceptional is that it has its own native iOS app, not like the rest service that are purely web-based. The WhenWorks app integrates directly with the Calendar app on your iOS device, it is secure and always with you when you need it.
It actually removes the rigor of scheduling appointment, very easy to configure and to use, install the app on your iPhone, then signup for WhenWork account to get your own webpage where clients, colleagues and guests can book appointment with you online.
HOW IT WORKS
- Create rules that define when, where and how long you're available to meet with others.
- Share your scheduling link with clients and colleagues to view your availability and book appointments with you online.
- When a guest books an appointment, a confirmation email is sent to you and the guest and the event is added to your calendar automatically.
