The aFrame is an electronic percussion instrument built for performers to be able to express musicality, dynamics, timbral changes, and subtlety that they could previously with an acoustic instrument. The benefit of the aframe is that it uses digital synthesis that changes the sound timbrally based on what the performer is doing.
Basically, imagine each scratch, hit, material you use to hit it, all of that changes the sound that is being created. And it comes with several synthesized instruments within it as sounds that can change in this multi-dimensional, multi-timbral device.
Tone Creation
Tones are created by making an instrument, using the onboard editing parameters, then pairing it with a high-definition stereo effect. Up to 320 user-defined tones can be saved into the built-in memory.
