It's a metronome (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metronome) to create rhythms. You can program subdivisions and other beats using their simple and minimal UI. Time location is quite accurate and it gives you the high quality output simply through your phone. You can even create more complex rhythms by mix and match. Perfect application for musicians.
