so this is kinda genius, marrying a 'few' worlds together and keeping it progressive -- landlords, spaces and places with entrepreneurs and those dropshipping 'shopify' posses that wanna piece of street level life, kinda smart if for instance you wanna do a christmas run or something longer term.
i can certainly see 'students' too wanting to get in on this and i love the way it has an 'airbnb' kind of appeal to, probably a good idea for all of that stuff to get out of the way and instead work with a company who understands the in's and out's with a clear breakdown where the costs are - tech-enabled retail.
smart moves, the people with the coin, literally making that onboarding process super easy for those with a dream! :)
