crazy how technology and coding moves on -- now you can completely support torrents with one line of javascrip! -- that's right, using webrtc for the peer to peer transport -- the best thing? it works incredibly well and they have a great little electron wrapper that works on pc, mac or linux! :)
WebTorrent is written completely in JavaScript – the language of the web – and uses WebRTC for peer-to-peer transport whenever possible. No browser plugins, extensions, or installation is required to use WebTorrent in your browser.
