What is sleep apnea? A sleep disorder that occurs when his/her breathing shows interruption while sleeping. This is a serious one that snoring. If are breath take too long to stop this can effect our brain and the rest of our body. But this sleeping sensor is so easy to use just simply place it on your bed while sleeping. You won't feel at all that it is there and you can now monitor your breath while sleeping with an app that records it.
This is not the way to cure sleep apnea, but this will be a good one device that can help you to detect if you are thinking that you have disorder. Prevention is better than cure!
