The world is a chaotic place, we're online constantly, we're always distracted and way more stressed than ever before. As a society, we might have become terrible at relaxing and recovering... so we all need some help from time to time.
Therapy can be extremely helpful for your mental health, possibly even essential, but with America's tough insurance systems, and many countries around the world not getting access to therapy, this could be an incredible solution.
Insurance is not required, they offer online chat, phone call or video sessions, and you'll be matched with your own councilor. This service could very well be thousands of dollars cheaper than face to face therapy, as well as the availability that fits your schedule.... there's no sitting in traffic and finding a carpark.
