The Steem Blockchain is a confusing place. It took me ages to work out if it was a pyramid scheme or not... and then another couple of weeks to work out if it was for me or not.
It's been widely acknowledged that there is so much spam on low quality content, and the trending pages are just an absolute mess... but there are Steemians that consistently create great content, and the Steemian Directory is all about highlighting those Steemians.
There are so many creators on Steem, and some curators... but not a lot of consumers... and for Steem to really be adopted, the content needs to be easily consumed without having to wade through all the junk, and the Steemian Directory is a great effort to help new and old Steemians find great content.
Steemians are added into categories, so that you can find great content creators in the space that you're interested in.
The Steemian Directory also has a ton of stats, so you can find the most active Steemians, which includes their comments as well as their posts... because comments are by far the most fun part of Steem.
Steemian @anonyvoter has done a great job with this, and it's a clearly a manual effort with a lot of work to come, so I'd like to contribute to @anonyvoter's efforts with 20% of the payout of this hunt.
