Emotiv Insight is a mobile EEG that allows for a brain computer interface. Mainly to be used for research purposes but could go way beyond that. For instance it can also detect facial expressions like smiling, blinking, looking surprise, etc...
This could be really useful for post traumatic stress when combined with VR. It will also be great for people that are quadriplegic, allowing them to control things with their mind via artificial limbs.
