Before I start my steem story that how steem has impacted and improved my life I would like to thank @theycallmedan to start this kind of initiative and I also want to thanks him for extending the date to get upvote on this initiative.
How I join steem and early days ??
Before I tell you how steem has impacted my life it is important to tell you all that how I join and steem and how was my early days on steem because it is important to understand before steem days and after steem days,so it all started with and YouTube influencers who make an video about steem and in that video I got to know about steem and it’s dapps which can really improve your life so on the same day I join Steemit to start blogging but don’t have any idea what I have to do on steemit to earn upvotes I have posted two or more posts but those posts doesn’t get any value of upvote so I lost the hope in steem and back to my normal life using all those social media platform all day with all that nonsense I was bored , after one month leaving steem I just opened it and read an introduction post where an beginner is introducing himself and on that post that person got more that 1$ value of upvote so I decided to write an introduction post which has come after one month and that post gained less than 0.05$ value of upvote and worked as an spark, yes that little amount of upvote motivates me to Work on steem and after that day I doesn’t look back to does days where I have thoughts to leave steem after bad beginning. So that’s how I am still using steem.
STEEM - de-addiction centre for other social media platforms
I don’t have any idea about others but it works as de-addiction centre for me as I almost stopped using other platform like Facebook, Instagram and other daily life social media platforms. I still use YouTube but not for while because I spend all of time in studying or on steem no time for other platform. I quit Facebook about data controversy and that controversy make me use steem more because you know this platform is based on blockchain so that it is decentralised, so I feel so safe on this platform compare to other.
I have very strong feelings if you start using more regularly than it can work also for you. So you can count this change as 1 impacted done by steem in my life.
from posting for free to get paid for posting.
This is one the major problem on other platform that you almost waste your time on those platform you upload on daily basis and use for hours and hours but you get nothing for that. But steem has changed that routine in my life before steem I am so much addicted to Facebook and Instagram but after I shifted to steem I realised that my time is worth something based on my work and after I start working on steem and started posting I got rewards. The other factor that you are working for free on that platform and in return they sold you personal data to other so in other words you are an unpaid employee on those social media platform, steem make me free from that unpaid employee position and gave me my personal identity to work and earn what I deserve so this changes my lifestyle from free to get paid. So this is the major improvement done by steem in my life.

You may not believe in this fact but this is so true for me because when I was unaware of steem I use other platform and hold day I see trash on those platform which is not impacting my life in any way it only feel my brain from trash’s but it is not true on steem because on steem there are great content creators and by following them you can feel your brain with so much useful information which may impact you life and also increase your brain functionality as you read so much great informations on daily life.
