How This Works
Every Saturday the list gets pulled and posted. It consists of accounts that used the 'Introduceyourself' tag over 10 times in 7 days.
Immediately after each account on the list gets sent the following graphic in a comment:
Those who respond will get highlighted in green on the spreadsheet and should they have questions, their questions are answered.
The Idea is that:
- Awareness and education are the way to correct behavior
- No same green user will appear on the list more than 2 consecutive weeks in a row (to allow for reading time)
- 'Introduceyourself' tag abuse will decrease week to week

Results
The only 'green' user to appear on both lists is @farhannaqvi7, whose use of the tag significantly decreased. We're hoping he won't make the list again.
