There is a lot of Help around Steemit. There are a growing number of really good tutorials and helpful articles. There is even a #help category in which to ask questions.
And yet, it seems that many newbies arrive overwhelmed by the amount of information and the speed of change. There are also many users who do not have English as their first language.
What exactly do you wish to know? Ask your question in a comment below and someone will be able to help you directly.
But please make sure you have at least read some of the articles in the FAQ (dropdown menu on the right). Also use the Search box at the top of the screen - and make sure the article is not older than one or two months.

The beauty of a forum is that the best advice should remain near the top. If you have never used chainBB before, you will have to login just as you do within Steemit. Once you have read the forum posts you, hopefully, won't need this article anymore!
And also remember that Steemit is still in beta. Features and Apps are still being added. If many people ask for the same features, then a developer will likely pick that up and create those features for you.
