On this beautiful day I bring for you a simple preparation of a stuffed snapper. It is nothing more than sauté in a little oil tomato, onion, paprika, garlic, and a little marinade, all minced except the marinade hahaha.
When this preparation is ready, the snapper is opened on the back and the preparation is placed as you can see here.
Then take it to the oven for 30 minutes at a moderate temperature, do not let it burn, it should remain juicy.
You can accompany it with rice, arepa, casabe, potatoes, yucca, banana, as you like to eat it. Here I present the final dish accompanied with yucca and lemon.
