In this post Journey #3, I will talk to you about Journey of Vrindavan and share my experience.
As I have told you that Vrindavan is a holy place where Lord Krishna has done a lot of things and And many ancient stories are famous.
In Vrindavan, we set up a 4-day program, and moved to various ancient places like..,
1. Imlitala Temple
Imlitla where Chaitanya Mahaprabhu came and rested under a tamarind tree. When Chaitanya Mahaprabhu came here, Vrindavan was a thick or busy forest and many people didn't know where is the actual Vrindavan at that time. Then they established Vrindavan and at most firstly they came to Imlitla and sat under the tamarind tree. The tree of the tamarind is very unique, the king of that time tried to cut the tree when they cut a stem of it, the tree started bleeding. Even today the cut portion has blood red marks.
2. Nidhivan
Lord Krishna done a world famous Maharas leela in Nidhivan. And even everynight, Lord Krishna comes Nidhivan and do Maharasleela. That is why the Nidhwan is closed every evening till sunset and no one is allowed to go inside or stay a night there. Here is the all Tulsi plant which is all the gopis, which lives in the nidhivan and waits for the Lord for everynight maharasleela. And you will be surprised to know that the basil plants here, that are thousands of years old, their leaves never fade but their stems are completely hollow.
Even today, a number of famous scientists came and are unable to find the secret how they are still alive. They have come to know that this tree is actually 5-6 thousand years old by the help of Carbon-14 or carbon dating method but failed to know why and how they are still alive. In today's time, Nidhwan has been well protected from the iron rod.
As you can see in this photo, all the leaves are green, as well as its stem part is full dry.
3. Banke Bihari Temple
Vrindavan's World Famous Temple Banke Bihari Temple. It is said that who did not see the Banke Bihari (Lord Krishna) at least once, they did not get any benefit to come or visit Vrindavan.
sorry for the photgraphs of Lord Banke Bihari cause Photography is not allowed there as you can see in this pic if you know the HINDI
Golden Statue of Gau mata there are two statue of it.
If I am starting to tell you all the story of Vrindavan then the post is gonna too long. There are some more places which will be discussed in the next post.
Thanks
Love,
