Hello everybody,
In the tour with the van, we made another stop. Namely, with a local family who owned a coffee plantation. The family greeted us and had been very friendly.

The coffee beans are large and grow in natural shade, have a high concentration of sucrose and caffeine. This gives the coffee a mild and sweet acidity.

The cultivation is strictly controlled by a board of directors, the unique coffee must remain the same in its characteristics and its quality in order to guarantee also the taste. The care of the coffee plantations, pest control, fertilization, the proven shade cultivation and the harvest in an optimal state of maturity of the coffee cherries, everything is under supervision.
The family seems to have been doing this for a while and was able to answer any questions. On the plantation also a funny parrot haunted the area. To be honest I spent most of my time with him :). A weird bird of the parrot :). He even drank a bite of alcohol. Can you believe that?

Hallo zusammen,
In der Tour mit dem Van machten wir einen weiteren Stopp. Und zwar bei einer einheimischen Familie , die eine Kaffeeplantage besaß. Die Familie begrüßte uns und war sehr freundlich gewesen.

Die Kaffeebohnen sind groß und wachsen in natürlichem Schatten, haben eine hohe Konzentration von Saccharose und Koffein. Das gibt dem Kaffee eine milde und süße Säure.

Das Aroma riecht wundervoll
Der Anbau wird von einem Aufsichtsrat streng kontrolliert, der einzigartige Kaffee muss in seinen Eigenschaften und seiner Qualität gleich bleiben um auch den Geschmack zu garantieren. Die Pflege der Kaffeeplantagen, Schädlingsbekämpfung, Düngung, der bewährte Schattenanbau und die Ernte in einem optimalen Reifezustand der Kaffeekirschen, alles ist unter Aufsicht.
Die Familie scheint das schon länger zu machen und konnte jegliche Fragen beantworten. Auf der Plantage geisterte auch ein lustiger Papagei durch die Gegend. Um ehrlich zu sein beschäftigte ich mich die meiste Zeit mit ihm:). Ein schräger Vogel der Papagei:). Er trank sogar ein Happen Alkohol. Ist das zu fassen?
