I found a bug with SuddenLink Communications billing that is causing them to srsly overcharge some of their users... Here is how you can fix your account and get your billing back on track (could save you $20 a month on your internet)

Please share in order to make sure you aren't over paying with a Suddenlink "bug" I found this morning overcharging accounts in at least my area.

If you use SuddenLink internet in Batesville AR you should double check your bill. A few months ago they offered free upgrades for a lot of the area up to 200mbps internet.

I've found this has caused a serious screw up in their billing that causes people with the SAME internet speed now to be paying much different prices!

What you need to do is login your account, click "Update plan" under "Internet Test Speed" and then you should see where you can select the exact same plan they are giving you... but you save the $20 you aren't supposed to be spending anyways or upgrade your internet to 400mbps and save $10!
