If you watched Litecoin last year, for no good reason it went from about $6 to over $200! WHY? It is a shitcoin! It is just Bitcoin with SCRYPT for it's PoW algorithm.
Litecoin was the first fork off bitcoin that made it, with the argument that using the EXACT same code EXCEPT the PoW algorithm. They swapped out SHA256 for SCRYPT to prevent ASIC miners. Well today we have ant miner ASICS and other brands that mine SCRYPT coins... So the "benefits" that the ORIGINAL concept of Litecoin was created out of is already flawed and defeated.. ASIC proof was the marketing term of Litecoin.. Funny we NEVER hear that term anymore ;)
If you track me you notice I rarely talk about Litecoin, and when I do it usually is negative. Their codebase is not updated often, and their team is a mess. They offer nothing that Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Bitcoin Gold (and the other 100x clones) can't already with FAR more community support and developer support already!
So if Litecoin can go for no good reason from $6 to over $200 (at it's highs), why can't STEEM, a REAL game changer in the crypto space go over $100 or $200 even this year? I believe not only is it possible, but it WILL happen!
My conclusion is that as people wake up, they will realize communities matter more than coins, and STEEM has in my opinion the largest most unified community in the crypto game to date!
