Let's get rid of "hot", "trending" and "promoted"

I'm on Steemit now for more than a month and found these three "menu-items" only add to the overall confusion of Steemit.

I have no idea how a post gets into one of these categories, especially the "promoted" one, and actually don't really care.
Most of the time you'll see the same names there and after looking at these two or three time, I just gave up.

I wonder how many really use these categories, I'm guessing it's not too much.

Instead I would propose to replace these with a category/sub-category structure and remove the categories on the right hand side.

And please, please, please do something about the lack of multi-language support. I've been ranting about this previously, it is absolutely going to hinder the growth of Steemit.
