My first post on Steemit!
So, my first post on Steemit was: How to check news fast and efficient
When I posted that article I got people commenting saying thank you and what's better than just hearing that. On top of all that I got a few cents for writing the article, even if it's just 1 cent or 2 cents I will always be grateful for getting something in return for sharing knowledge. Someone in the replies asked me to write one for the android version, well to be honest I've never used the android version so I looked into it and wrote a short one for him.
Reward of the Power Up?
At first I was using the 50/50 on my posts but then I read a little more into it and why not help the platform, plus help yourself so I only use 100% Powered Up posts now. I found out about how the voting system works a little bit after digging around. So now I know not to just get my voting power down all the way to 50 or so percent. I try to keep it above 70-80%.
Community of Steemit
So far I've read a lot of posts from people, I've followed some people, people followed me. I try to interact with the community by putting in useful information into the comments of people or simply saying thank you for the article.
Beyond this first week!
Just like I started I try to write a new post every day, at least one unless of course I am away from home, even then I'll try to post something. I post mainly about trading and cryptocurrencies.
