Jealousy arises from the emotion that is generated because of the need to possess the other person exclusively, this happens when the mind feels the threat or pretends to believe that it can lose that individual. Commonly this occurs in couples of all kinds, although it is also frequented in the relationship parents-children, siblings, friends among others.
In many opportunities we can misunderstand jealousy and envy since both have the same purpose that would be: Own, however in the case of envy it is manifested with the intention of obtaining what the other acquires and I do not possess and is commonly a negative feeling that consequently generates the same negative action.
