Is that not Libel as it is in the written/printed form, where as slander is the spoken (oral) form? i could be wrong, but that was always my understanding. I just did a quick search and found this, which appears to support that. http://communications-media.lawyers.com/libel-slander-defamation/slander-or-libel-what-is-the-difference.html
