Daily Dua of Ramzan

The fasting is not a new or special that was bestowed upon Muslims, rather the past nations of the past Prophets also kept fast. Furthermore, this holy month of Ramadan makes one’s self- pious. Therefore, for Muslims fasting is very important as it helps them purify their souls and exceed to an upper level of piety.
Fasting is a method of practice hunger and creating kindness for the lesser amount of fortunate, and learning to thankfulness and admiration for all of ALLAH bounties. Fasting is also helpful to maintain good health and gives a break in the cycle of rigid behaviour or intemperance. Observing fast, or fasting, is when someone abstains (or keeps away) from eating and drinking. Mean when someone avoiding to food. Muslims fast for 30 consecutive days from sunrise to sunset.
The Qur’an commands:
“O ye who believe! Fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that ye may (learn) self-restraint. [Surah Bakarah – 2:183]####
Ramadan is the month in which they can achieve maximum blessings and mercy from ALLAH TALLAH Almighty and seek forgiveness for whatever sins they have committed. Therefore, prayers and Duas require to be ensured for the duration of the month as these are the two means that can help a Muslim achieve the required objectives.
Below are some daily Dua or prayers of Ramzan Kareem showing.

Dua for The 1st Day of Ramzan

ALLAH, on this day make my fasts the fasts of those who fast (sincerely), and my standing up in prayer of those who stand up in prayer (obediently), awaken me in it from the sleep of the heedless, and forgive me my sins, O God of the worlds, and forgive me, O one who forgives the sinners.

Dua for The 2nd Day of Ramzan

ALLAH, on this day, take me closer towards Your pleasure, keep me away from Your anger and punishment, grant me the opportunity to recite Your verses (of the Qur'an), by Your mercy, O the most Merciful.

Dua For The 3rd Day of Ramzan

ALLAH, on this day, grants me wisdom and awareness, keep me away from foolishness and pretension, grant me a share in every blessing You send down, by You generosity, O the most Generous.
Fasting is a simply changes in eating patterns.
In place of three square food a day or a handful of minor Food during the whole day, you’ll have a specific window of time when you’re eating, whether it’s a few hours a day or certain days of the week. During that time, you can eat whatever you want. Of course, I say that within reason.
If you’re consuming processed foods and potato chips, it’s unlikely you’ll reap the usefulness of fasting. If that’s you, I encourage you to observe your diet before having a fast. But if you practice fasting and join to a mostly entire food diet, rich in fruits, veggies, lean proteins, healthy fats and raw dairy, you will see positive changes in your health.
