I want a second account because of obvious reasons and don't have the required 2nd Facebook account or a reedit account. I know many users on Steemit have multi accounts, sock puppets, etc. so I don't see why I shouldn't be allowed to have another account.
After searching out Steemit, I found this site from a post from over a month ago

I'm curious if this is legit? Has anyone used this with success?
I don't want to just throw 10$ away when I could buy some of this cheap Steem.
Or is there another method or site people are using?
