This absolutely makes sense to me and echoes a thought I've had, even as I imagine in my wildest dreams my relatively meager $500 account being worth enough to buy a house someday. I think that the inflationary nature of it does exactly what it's intended to do, make people continue to compete with their content. Of course, all the nothing posts out there make it hard to get heard over the noise, but I hope and believe that even the medium-good content. The things that you'd post on a social media platform like ... the blue one... will ultimately be positive $$ makers around here, and we'll lose entirely the posts that are entirely spam, begging and/or copypasta that have zero (less than zero) intrinsic value.
It's a fascinating ecosystem (currency-o-system?). And I'm excited to watch it evolve.
