Wow I love the update to Steemit
I'm so happy that the latest changes are pushing the product towards more of a current social platform.
While the last version worked it still had an incredibly 'Redit' style to it that I think turned a lot of new comers away. as it asked you to post stories and so on. this generation just want to POST they want It to be simple quick and easy.
Even if they are paid for it they don't care if its not fast/easy.
The next step I hope is a fully functional and fleshed out easy to use and fast app akin to snapchat or instagram.
Image a product that looks almost identical to Instagram meaning interaction with posts Is the key goal causing more people to interact with those they follow generation more money for those people which leads to more people promoting the plat form and an increase in the value of steem.
Imagine in this same app theres one extra tab that has your wallet meaning you have an easily accessible wallet to your steem crypto on your iPhone or Android device. this would mean more daily peer to peer transactions and a higher chance of stores like my own accepting the currency.
Also another thing to promote sharing would be a a share tab so as im weighting a post just like this one I can click a. box to share to twitter and facebook. Just a thought but cross sharing and driving people to steem it is the quickest way for us to grow the community.
Im so excited to see where this leads and what the future holds for Steemit!
