Inspired by the MinnowSupport Project, our new @Steemvoter Exchange community has been opened a few days ago by me and by my friend, @pavezi.

This awesome community has started on Discord.com. We have opened our own channel and started to advertise it to other Steemians. The growth of this community has been greater than the expected- In just a few days, BOOM! We are already 135 users in the community and it seems like our members like it and co-operate greatly with each other.

So, why are we here?
Our vision is to help minnows (New Steemit users with low reputation) at least to be heard on this huge, growing platform, Steemit. We are used to seeing in the "Hot" and "Trending" sections that most posts there are by authors with a high reputation (65+) which requires a VERY LONG TIME TO ACHIEVE.
I have followed a few "small" users on Steemit just because of their awesome content which I enjoy reading. However, I was shocked when I saw the number of upvotes they receive- Less than 10 upvotes! "This can't be possible", I thought to myself.
I think that besides the minor post-payout those minnows receive, the number of upvotes they receive is just unfair and this is all because they are too small on Steemit. The dolphins and whales take most of the attention of the whole Steemit platform so minnows are drowning among them!

Our solution to this problem
We believe that the MinnowSupport Project is an awesome way to help minnows grow on Steemit, so we are trying to do the same thing, but in a different way:
Our community "thing" is the use of Steemvoter tool on Steemvoter.com. This tool enables you to auto-upvote posts of specific authors you choose on Steemit.
When joining our community on Discord, you will be moved to a registration channel, and after becoming a "Member" of our community, you will gain full access to the "auto-upvote-exchange" channel, which is basically the "Members area".
You will be able to exchange Steemvoter auto-upvotes with all the other Members of our growing community!
It means that you add them to your auto-voting list on Steemvoter and they do the same with you. And after it is done, you will notice these upvotes on EACH OF YOUR NEXT POSTS on Steemit. This really gives minnows the opportunity to grow and to be heard on Steemit.
You may be thinking to yourself now- How the **** they still have a high voting power?
Well, the answer is very simple, exactly like @minnowsupport, the members set a lower voting power on Steemvoter. This is one of Steemvoter's awesome options. You can set a voting power from 0-100%. I believe that an upvote is an upvote. We need to leave the money aside for a moment. A good number of upvotes lets minnows the opportunity to attract Steemians' attention who are users with high reputation who can make a big difference to the post payout.

What I like the most in our community,
Is that we don't force new members to add many other members to their auto-voting list on Steemvoter. We let them join the "Members area" and they are free to do everything from that point. They are eligible to build their own connections with the other members of the community.
Our concept is pretty simple:
The more connections you have = The more auto-upvotes you will receive on your next posts.
I want to give those awesome small authors the opportunity to become "Whales" on Steemit! I want other people to view the awesome content they create! COME ON!!
