I know I use the @randowhale service but I don't always have access to the Google Chrome browser. See, @Randowhale developed this cool Google Chrome extension that lets me know when he is awake. But not always using Chrome means that I often miss out on being able to get a valuable upvote from this great Steemian for my latest blog post.
Now if you do not already know about @Randowhale's Cool Chrome Browser extension, I suggest you get it and install it today..... if you use Chrome. But what if you are like me and you blog from your phone where the Chrome extension is not available. What if you choose to use FireFox Browser or Brave web browser. The @Randowhale chrome extension is not very useful. So what are you to do? You want to have up to date notifications that @Randowhale is awake, right?
But you find that you always miss out on @randowhales Coffee time. You find yourself screaming at the ocean waves crying out @RandoWhale Please Wake up! Oh Rando! Please! Mighty Steemian whale wake and click my link and upvote me.
img srcBut @randowhale is sleeping. You see, @Randowhale has a tough job and needs to recharge a lot. So catching him while he is awake is a job all in itself.
Well fear no more fellow Steemians'. I have developed the @RandoWhale is awake SMS service. That's right. As long as you have a smart phone that supports incoming SMS / text messages you can now get up to the minute "Rando Is Awake" notifications. It's almost as good as a @Randowhale alarm clock.
All you need to do is send a 1 time fee of 2.0 SBD's to @libertyranger with your cell phone in it's provider formatted text number. I have a full list provided below in case you are not sure what your provider formatted text number looks like.
NOTICE the # sign in the front of the message. PLEASE USE THIS as it keeps your phone number private so that only @Libertyranger and you can see the message contents in your wallet and @Libertyranger's wallet. WE DON'T WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBER. And that little leading pound sign keeps it private

If you get tired of the SMS service you can stop it by sending a similar message with 1.0 SBD to @libertyranger and in the memo field put
"STOP RANDOWHALE SMS" with your provider formatted cell phone number.
