To put it in simpler terms, you can't be sad or angry if you think about the people you love or the things you love doing. In other words… "if you want to be happy, be.”, your happiness is just a decision away.
Usually when we are unhappy we may think or feel that we don't deserve to be happy just because we are not able to do a certain thing or have a particular object but this is a trick our brain plays on us and if we continue with this attitude we will not enjoy life at all. It’s not things that make us truly happy, it is the people who we are able to share emotions that bring extreme joy in our lives. But one thing to remember, is that happiness starts within, because you can be surrounded by all the goods in the world and can still be unhappy. Remember you are the creator of your own reality and it all starts with a decision.
