How to make RAJMA ( KIDNEY BEANS) with easily

Today I Am going to share amazing food Indian food with short time. First of all, I tell everyone It's a Indian food. The historical Name RAJMA.

The INGREDIENT one by one In the below.

1. 1/4 teacup rajma
2. 1 tsp butter
3. 1 onion
4. 1 tomato
5. 1 tbsp garlic ( chopped)
6. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
8. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
9. 1/2 tsp chilli garlic sauce
10. 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
11. 1 tsp tomato ketchup
12. 1 green chilli ( optional)

Salt to taste :

1. 2 tbsp curd
2. 2 tbsp cream ( optional)
3. 25 gm cheese ( grated)

Now I am going to tell How to method in this indian food.

Method :

Soak rajma for 6 to 8 hour
Boil it in pressure cooker for 4 whistle and than keep it on slow flame for 10 minute
Drain it
Heat the butter in pan
Add onion and garlic and sauté it for a while
Add tomato and heat until it soft
Add rajma, chilli powder, roasted cumin powder , chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mix well
Remove it from gas add curd, cream, green chilli and cheese and churn in mixer
Garnish it with spring onion.
Serve it with taco chips
