India , our country is a 2nd lagest populous country of the world.All most 16% of world population live in my land at the area of 2.4% ,for which we have to face lots of problems to meet our day to day needs.

Among all these problems, the over population problem is the mother of all.It had given birth to all of the problems , unemployment problem is the first son of it.Now a days the first "son" has been becoming dangerous ,out of control and very explosive.

Population explotion.

Due to population explosion ,lakhs of unemployed come out on the road every year ,they are willing to do work at any wage level,but it is very unfortunate situation for them ,because they are unable to find out jobs . So they have to pass their time in depressions,the efficient man power have to lost their golden hours of work. Our so called government system has completely fail to handle this unemployment problem,They make various employment generating programmes, but in reality all are worthless and unsuccessful to eradicate the unemployment problems.

I have seen the light of positivity in this beautiful community.As all of us familiar with the nature of unemployed youth ,as they are wasting their valuable time ,the golden period of work, simply gossiping and chatting in Facebook and what's apps.If we are able to bring them in this beautiful world of decentralization , it is sure that they can achieve success and happiness .Friends ,if a weak person want to cross the road with our help ,we should help him for achieving his destination.
