Now days Ethereum Difficulty Bomb is Talk of the town :::as of I understand Difficulty IN ETHEREUM
Ethereum Block 0 was exact 365 days ago its one year and 16 hours when i am writing this
later ETH was highly adopted by miners and everyone started Mining ETH and result was difficulty bump and as they planted Difficulty bomb 10 months ago to switch to POS slowly and speculations are there that people have only 4 months to mine ETH by profitability
In OCT 2017 ETH will have block time of 119 Days it will easily bypass BTC difficulty in March 2017
New miners are heavily investing in ETH GPU mining but they don't know about difficulty Bomb they will never RIO
for Example:
R9 390x costs $384.99 which have 30 Mh/s
Power Consumption = 275 watts for only GPu whole system consume more than that but we will go with 275 watts and power cost of 0.12 USD for Per watt
So Miner will get $ 691.76 per year as of today but difficulty will decrease their Return in three four Months as Difficulty Bomb so Heavy Investments are not viable in ETH anymore.
If we go with Steem we can mine steem but in terms of blogging People with Original and good responsible posts will have Rewards by users/Upvotes
If post is valuable to steem community they will Upvote content and Writer/(Miner=Writer) will get rewards based on Post.
Some People are getting 8k per post so they already made ROI for their Internet Bill and Laptop/Computer Cost .Only Free Electricity Can make mining profitable
No Need to Worry about Difficulty on posts
Steem difficulty level will affect only PC miner not PC Writers :
