Hello, it's been a while since I have been on Steemit but I have been very busy in the gym! I finally have reached my goal of achieving a respectable 6 pack of abs while eating lots of pizza. I am on my way to an 8 pack and I am enjoying the slow journey there because I am not following some horribly unenjoyable diet & I have found other ways to enjoy the process of working towards my fitness goals. I am going to be posting on Steemit a lot more, I'd like to know what you guys would like me to post about. I am going to be making lots of fitness related posts with the intent of inspiring, motivating, & helping others to work toward their fitness goals.
