Over the course of the next 5 days or so the following changes will be made to @randowhale in order to improve results for you, the community. Please note, during this time you may continue to utilize @randowhale. The only noticeable differences will be the voting weight and voting account, both detailed below.

In order to process more requests, with a higher payout, the voting range will be adjusted to 0.10%-1.00%. After speaking with some smart humans, I have confirmed this shouldresult in increased rewardsgiven the increased voting power even though there is a reduction in the voting weight.The account that places the votes will betemporarilychanged to @randowhale1 which has 100% voting power currently and comparable Steem Power allocated. @randowhale will be taken offline allowing him to recharge to 100% voting power.Requests should continue to be sent to @randowhale and not @randowhale1.This will occur within the next 24 hours.Once 100% voting power has been reached, @randowhale will be brought back online with a new voting range of 0.10% - 1.00%.The donation will remain at 2 Steem or 2 SBD per request.
