A sociopath. As simple as that. For someone to flag others and downvote them in a major way including charitable organizations such as @thealliance and @youarehope who utilized bots like sneaky ninja ...and then in the very same breath give himself $80 Upvotes for his two line Comments.
Well, that is sociopathic behavior.
Conclusion...
Good riddance. I think like most psychopaths once we ignored his insane behavior he got bored and moved on LOL
