Two months ago, we have announced that Shareables will come back to the community because of the drastic changes we have seen implemented to the platform. Specifically, after the Hardfork 21 referred to as the #NewSteem and the now Hardfork 22, it is right and just to support the Steem blockchain as it gears towards #NewSteem.
The implementation has been praised and embraced by many as the community is becoming better and healthy. Users also believed that it won't be too long until the current value of Steem goes high and encourages everyone to invest in Steem while the price is low.
What happened to the Relaunch?
As you know or if you haven't known, Shareables was a resteemer before and we do it for free. However, we've set some guidelines required for anyone to be granted a free resteem. The free resteem service/campaign was made before the transition to Hardfork 20. (If we are not mistaken)
Now that RCs are limited, we cannot do anymore what we freely would be doing unlike before. The effects were both good and bad but it is understandable and desirable to have a cleaner environment in the community.
Was the relaunch a bluff? No. It was in our intention to get back in the platform and work where will we be good at while helping others benefit from it.
The situation in our end affected the supposed relaunching of Shareables here on the platform. We had to reconsider a lot of things and simulate the proposals as to what will the direction of the blog will be. What it should be and how can we be more helpful considering our current stake in the community.
We have also restarted operations on other platforms such as Facebook and Twitter which in time, will help us in check and true to our work. The idea of crossing platforms to come up with inspirations to provide future solutions for the anticipated mesmerizes us and at the same time, excites us of what we could become. By now, you might have read some clues of what we are talking about the blog's possible new direction.
Will Free Resteem go away?
Like what we said, we are considering a lot of things and that includes whether the free resteem will go away or not. If it will, it might not be too long since what hinders us from doing it is because of low RCs. Nonetheless, there are ways to raise your RC.
By the time that our free resteem service is back, we may be up-scaling our parameters in choosing contents to resteem since we would want to continue great efforts that are being made by Steemian Influencers in keeping quality content on the platform. We may also ditch some of our rules we've previously made or update to a new set of rules.
Who knows? We are yet to clear our purpose in the community but we will come up with it the soonest.
