I thought i was done posting for the day but the over the past 2 days i have noticed something very wrong with the the amount of new followers i am getting and i would like some feedback are guesses on way this is happening. On a normal day for me i will get between 1 and 5 followers, anything outside that range is strange. I keep an excel sheet and input account stats every day because i like to look back and remember the grind from my steemit beginning to where i am now. Im still a small fish but not the smallest fish in the pond either. Over the past 24 hours i have gained 63 new followers which is pure madness. Its wrong i would like to know why?

My steemit account is 305 days old and it took me that long to amass around 750 followers which is 2.45 new followers per day and then BOOM, 63 new followers in 1 day. Noooo, thats not right, something is up here. Someone is playing with me here. The only thing i can think of is someone has signed me up to one of those pay for followers scams out there in steemit land. How could i get 63 new followers in 1 day? I dont like it to be honest because i dont know any of the names. I guess it does no harm but were did they come from? and why are they following me? No, i dont like this one bit to be honest. I have just refreshed my screen and i have another 2 followers. Im off to bed and hope this has stopped in the morning. I hope i dont have nightmares about waking up with over 1000 followers tomorrow morning. I shit the bed when i have nightmares.
