As Steemit grows and becomes more popular, more and more people will be joining all over the world, and getting your post out to allow it the best chance to gain immediate support and momentum will be key to how successful you can be on the platform.
Now at the moment you have to be logged on to put up a post, and that's great if you live in a part of the world where the majority of your potential audience are. However, what if you are abroad and want to catch a wave of support? What if you live in a part of the world where you are awake, when the rest of the United States is sleeping? I live in the UK and traditionally most of the people who read my work live in the USA or Canada 5 to 8 hours behind where I am. Now I am an Astrologer writing a daily Astrology of the Day post, and I deliberately wait until around 9pm UK time to put my post up so that I can catch majority of the US general public as it gets home from work.
Now the scheduling of posts where I can write them in advance in the knowledge that it will be post at a time of my choosing and releasing them when it is most convenient for me would be wonderful. It would mean that I could go out for an evening not worrying about missing putting up a post. I am sure that this feature would be very much needed by others on Steemit too.
So, to those who do the coding for the site, I ask this please -
Let's have a scheduling feature so that we can write when is convenient for us, and post at a time when we think it will get to the audience we want to catch.
Have a great day and "keep on Steemin'!!!"
