Since several days deposits and withdrawals of steem and sbd are disabled on poloniex, while blocktrades and bittrex are working. Many users didn't recognize this and sent their coins into a black hole. Even today one can see transmissions to poloniex in this log: https://steemd.com/@poloniex !! Cruelsome for these poor guys and pretty girls.
I checked many posts in the https://steemit.com/created/poloniex folder. There was much complaining, but no explaning to be found. Users told about their tickets they opened on the poloniex helpdesk without getting satisfactional answers.
The best exchange rate for sbd one can find on poloniex with 0.000657 , but it is impossible to take advantage of these offers.
On blocktrades we have only 0.000536:
