It looks like some changes were made to this lately. It does seem to be easier to adjust the value now, but it's not remembering the different values for posts and comments. Then I just hit this problem on my phone. I can't seem to get the whole slider visible.

I think this comment deserves more than a cent. I often give a few cents to comments and I need the funds control over that. My maximum vote has dropped with the steem price.
