3 Tips to Earn More in Steemit - Interview with Kevin Wong

As I talk with people who are very successful in Steemit, and that includes making good money from their posts, they continue to site two key factors that help them: 1) Create Content People Love. This means the content itself has to be worthwhile and solves a problem.
Whether it is good travel information with plenty of high quality pictures, videos, GIFs, and rich, text provide relevant, interesting material. By the way, as a bonus make sure your text is grammatically correct and avoid egregious spelling errors. This can help set your content apart from others. Need help in that area? This is why God invented wonderful editors! 🤓
The next point, 2) Build Your Community. The most successful people in Steemit operate with the group, and do not operate exclusively by yourself. Steemit is designed to encourage community involvement, support, and growth. Get to know people. If you leave comments (please do!), write a lot more than just something like"Good job!" Make your comment specific so we know a robot didn't do it. It doesn't mean you have to write a 10 page letter for each comment, but it does mean that you're there in the moment to acknowledge the person. Think of it like seeing someone at a busy restaurant as you're going to another table. You can take 10 to 15 seconds and say hello and you want to talk to them next week about the Jones project so please call your office for a meeting. That type of a human approach is not only appreciated, but is really good in business. Make sure that your "humanness" comes through in your Steemit activity.
