@r4fken went rogue and I don't know what's the reason why he is downvoting every post on steemit esp. on new area (well not all I think) but for me, it is so downgrading for newcomers and for those who have less reputation. Doing this kind of act is not healthy for the community. Someone must take the action to solve this kind annoyance.

I considered him as the Number 1 Nuisance on SteemIt.
