As we announced a few days ago we were opening a SteemIt User Help Ticket system on @jesta ChainBB.
Also, support in real-time help via steemit.chat ( UserID: UserHelp ).
In order to accomplish this we’ll need some people who understand SteemIt and can answer basic questions via the support forum/ticket system, or steemit.chat. If this sounds like something you want to be part of we want hear from you! Just comment below, or e-mail us at: steemit.userhelp@gmail.com and even better message us at @userhelp on steemit.chat.
Let us know if you can do support tickets and steemit.chat , or just one of the two.
The overall goal is to help with the new user experience and help with retention once they do arrive.
Is this a Paid Position?
At the moment it’s a volunteer position. With our new support ticket system being developed on the SteemIt blockchain we’ll have it so you’ll be paid out eventually via in STEEM/SBD via support tickets. The future is to have beneficiary rewards go to the team members.
How does User Help Work?
Our next post will explain how people will use User Help to get their question in front of us so you as a volunteer will be help understand. Obviously, we’ll send you more information on it.
