Gestern hat uns eine dramatische Nachricht von @ned dem Co-Founder von Steemit Inc erreicht. Steemit Inc muss wegen den stark gefallenen Kursen 70% des Personals entlassen und ein drastisches Kosteneinsparungsprogramm umsetzen.
Ehrlich gesagt, habe ich auch nicht mit diesem extremen Kursrückgang gerechnet und besonders erfreulich ist diese Reorganisation nicht.
Ich hoffe sehr, dass Steemit den Kryptowinter überleben wird. Andererseits hat Steemit in der Anfangsphase bereits mit einem noch niedrigeren 10-Cent-Kurs überleben können und der Kryptowinter wird auch nicht ewig andauern.

Yesterday we received dramatic news from @ned the co-founder of Steemit Inc. Steemit Inc has to lay off 70% of its staff and implement a drastic cost-cutting program due to the sharp drop in the Steem and crypto prices.
To be honest, I did not expect this massive drop in crypto prices and this reorganization is not particularly pleasing either.
I very much hope that Steemit will survive the crypto winter, on the other hand Steemit was able to survive in the initial phase with an even lower $0.10 Steem and the crypto winter will not last forever.
