Steemdb/Steemd:
Is the most useful tool, it is like your historical folder (blockchain) where you can check all your activities in Steemit blockchain, it gives you a whole overview of your Steemit account.
Steemd lets you know your current Voting Power, you Reputation, your Age of Account and the most importantly you can see all the interactions with your account.

The history of your account is public for everybody and it cannot be modified.

That is developed by @shaunmza, this tool lets you know who is recently followed you and who unfollowed you, otherwise it lets you manage your followers and analyze your activities on a specific time by analyzing their impacts on your followers.
For example, after sharing a post you can see if you gain some followers and that means your post has a good impression on people who read it or a bad impression if you lose some followers.

SteemitBoard:
With this app you can see your awards that you get in Steemit, how many posts and comments you have wrote, what is your average upvotes per post, your total posts rewards, your average post rewards and the most importantly is that you can check your LEVEL in Steemit.
